This special, custom created tshirt was inspired by a wonderful friend who is making it her mission to address the root causes of racism, not only in our every day lives, but in the corporate arena as well. It takes a collective effort on our part to actively listen, understand and dismantle systemic racism and internal biases, in order to make this world we live in a much better and more just place. Until we get to and wipe out the root cause of racism, we have work to do!
