Each item is hand-crafted to order, unless otherwise stated. For this reason, please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of your payment, for processing time. Please be advised that this is processing time only, and does not include shipping time (see SHIPPING section for more information). Any custom order is completely non-refundable, as the nature of personal customization will not afford me the ability to re-sell the item. There are NO Exchanges/Returns/Refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect, and is still subject to the discretion of the Store Owner.

Shipping will vary depending on your method selected. Standard or
Free shipping (if offered with your purchase) will be through the US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. If your prefer a more expidited method of shipping, or another carrier, there will be an additional charge depending on the shipping method chosen. PLEASE NOTE that due to Covid-19, the USPS and all other major mail carriers are experiencing heavy delays in shipping. Once I have deposited your package with the requisite postal service, I am no longer in control of when you will receive your package. I will provide you with a tracking number (if applicable) whereby you may stay abreast of the location and pending delivery of your package. I CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES!International Shipping is available; however, this does significantly increase shipping cost and delivery time frame.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand washing is best, but if you machine wash please use a delicate cycle. Wash inside out. Air dry or low heat dryer setting. Iron INSIDE OUT, do not iron directly on the vinyl area. Use low heat setting on the iron and do not use the steam feature. Do not use chlorine bleach.
